At Panashe Designs, every garment is created and packaged with intention, care, and excellence. Our mission is to deliver luxury Afrocentric fashion that arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly — but we will always keep you informed.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier performance.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide!

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

We ship to most countries depending on available distribution channels and shipping logistics.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking link to follow your order’s journey

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us using the Contact Us page.
Panashe Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Panashe Designs is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen items after delivery
